Tracy L. Crump Named Chief Executive Officer Tracy Crump is a Senior Executive with 25 years of experience in Fortune 500 Sales and Customer Service management. Most recently, she held the position of Vice President-Support Services with ServiceMaster. In this role, she was responsible for providing customer service to ServiceMaster’s corporate and field office users of over 40,000 customers in 10,000 locations nationwide. Before joining ServiceMaster, Tracy spent 15 years in sales and national account management, primarily with AT&T. As a National Account Manager, she was responsible for maintaining and growing network service revenues for very large, multi-million dollar customers. She became Chief Executive Officer of Girl Scouts Heart of the South on May 19, 2008. Tracy is very active in the Memphis Community serving as Chairman-Elect of the Board of Directors for FirstWorks, working with disadvantaged youth in downtown Memphis. She is a member of the Alliance for Non-Profit Excellence and the Association of Fund Raising Professionals. She has also served as a Big Sister and in the Big Brothers, Big Sisters Organization and is a past member of the Junior League of Memphis and Maternal League of Memphis. She is very active in Germantown United Methodist Church where she is an Executive Board Member, chairs the Evangelism Committee, and participates in Youth and Christian Education. She is a graduate of the University of Memphis; Bachelor’s in Business Administration; major in Marketing. Tracy, a Memphis native, lives in Germantown with her husband, Lee and two daughters; Paige, a student at UT-Martin; and Hailey, a student at Houston Middle School.
